The Channel OS Sales Specialist in Germany serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE Services priorities.
In this role, you need to lead HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE.
Are accountable for proliferating Channel Services strategies, programs and incentives to Partners and work in close cooperation with PBM/d-PBM/DBM and Compute & Storage specialists to ensure execution.
Drive HPE Services in all opportunities. Uncover new opportunities to win new Services logos.
Achieve sales goals and hold Partners, PBMs and HW Specialists accountable for accurate pipeline and forecast management.
Position HPE Services value proposition and competitive differentiators to augment profitable growth through recurring revenue.
Enable and educate HPE Channel reps and partner sales force about services strategies and opportunities.
Drive Partner adoption of the Partner Ready Vantage Services Track by matching Services Track benefits to individual Partner services strategies.
Are responsible for KPI measurement of channel services strategy effectiveness.
Leverage HPE Services strategies to increase HPE SoW with strategic Partners across the entire HPE portfolio (hardware, software & services).
Requirements
Academic degree in an economic or technical field of study
First sales experience with a strong focus on solution/services sales ideally with the ability to cover HPE services portfolio for Server, Storage, and Software
Good knowledge of the IT market and proven IT infrastructure experience in the areas of support, operational, managed and technical service
Solid financial understanding and experienced in creating a business case
Good mixture between relationship management skills and solution content
Convincing communication and negotiation skills
High winning attitude and closing skills - recognize new opportunities, generate new business and close the deal
Skilled in collaboration and leading with other sales teams
Willingness to travel
Excellent German and English language skills.
