About the role
- Junior Recruiter supporting recruitment processes at Wellhub. Joining the Talent Acquisition team in São Paulo to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support operational stages of the recruitment process, such as organizing schedules, booking interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Participate as an observer in interviews and meetings with hiring managers, developing an understanding of different business areas.
- Support job requisition management routines, prepare and develop simple analyses, and use recruitment systems (Greenhouse).
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (such as Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and People Ops) to ensure smooth hiring processes.
