Responsibilities
Process Improvement: Identify and map areas for improvement within the Operations team and client interactions, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and standardization. Lead projects and initiatives to optimize client operations.
Stakeholder Management: Organize meetings, office hours, and training sessions to address tasks, provide support, communicate improvements, and align processes for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
Documentation and Monitoring: Create documentation to formalize process improvements and monitor ongoing projects to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure successful deliveries and achieve operational goals.
Efficiency and Accuracy: Develop solutions to increase the efficiency of the partner operations team, optimize their time, and implement controls to reduce errors and enhance data accuracy.
Relationship Management: Manage expectations, address concerns, and build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and achieving client satisfaction.

Requirements
Ability to identify inefficiencies in existing processes proactively, proactively develop and implement standardized procedures, and continuously seek improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Ability to identify and analyze problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions to address operational challenges and client issues.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, reporting, and process execution to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
Works well in collaboration with team members and colleagues.
Good at creating and managing relationships with people from different backgrounds, cultures and hierarchical levels.
Skills in project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure the timely and successful completion of operational initiatives.
Experience in creating presentations for different hierarchical levels.
Experience with everyday tools (Google Suite and Microsoft Office).
Sufficient proficiency in Spanish, English and German. Italian and other languages will be considered a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Intermediate or Advanced SQL and knowledge of using dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc...) is desirable.
