Warehouse Operations Supervisor responsible for daily operations and leading associates in an eCommerce fulfillment center. Ensuring accurate and timely customer order processing while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and service level standards.
Plan and assign labor to support daily eCommerce order fulfillment volumes.
Oversee daily fulfillment center operations including: Inventory receiving and put-away, Order picking, Packing and labeling, Parcel and LTL shipping.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and shipping cutoffs.
Track operational metrics such as: Units picked per hour, Order accuracy, Pack rates, On-time shipment performance.
Enforce all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first work environment.
Maintain operational documentation including productivity reports, attendance tracking, and performance metrics.
Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and product quality checks.
Assist leadership in driving a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce operations.
Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment workflows including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with computers and warehouse systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
