Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems
- Extreme attention to detail in producing executive-ready content
- Ability to analyze problems using data and provide actionable solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership
- Familiarity with SQL and programming languages (R, Python preferred)
- Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools
