Responsibilities
Planning, creating, and publishing posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Producing short-form videos and multi-image posts
Managing comment sections and direct messages — friendly, professional, and reliable
Maintaining the content calendar and content database
Close collaboration with our specialist team
Planning and implementing marketing activities — digital and print
Assisting with event organization
Maintaining and updating our firm’s website
Market and target audience research to further develop our external presence
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, or a related field
Initial professional experience in marketing or social media — internships or demonstrable self-initiated projects welcome
A good sense for language and target-group-appropriate communication: professional, approachable, clear
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and basic skills in video editing
Structured, independent working style and reliability with deadlines
Affinity for digital media and an interest in business and tax law topics — prior knowledge not required
Good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
Team orientation: you will work across locations and flexibly/mobile
