Responsibilities
Shape and nurture a workplace environment that thrives on inclusion.
Catalyze a high performing culture of inclusion and belonging.
Promote employee engagement and leverage leadership expertise.
Serve as a strategic leader responsible for advancing inclusion initiatives.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, HR business leaders, and employees at all levels.
Provide support and guidance to all Business Units through Senior HR Business Leaders and Business Heads.
Oversee management of 11 Employee Resource Groups and align objectives with GSK goals.
Manage a ~$1M US budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI assessment.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies promoting inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Inclusion & Belonging work, human resources, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership experience leading Inclusion strategies in a matrix organization successfully.
Experience, interacting and influencing with senior levels in the organization.
Strong knowledge of Inclusion and Belonging best practices, employment law, and organizational change management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience working with various cultures and building relationships across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated courage to speak up and challenge across all levels of organization and leadership.
