Regional Sales Manager leading specialty sales team focused on respiratory biologics. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and managing commercial plans across North Texas region.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to meet regional objectives and performance standards.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, ENT specialists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
Create and execute territory and account plans aligned to national strategy and measurable targets.
Partner with cross-functional colleagues, including medical, market access and training, to ensure coordinated customer engagement.
Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality talent in the region and support ongoing skills development.
Track territory performance, maintain accurate records and complete required compliance and training activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device sales experience.
Minimum 3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.
Experience engaging specialty care physicians and managing complex accounts.
Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required for the role.
