Several years of professional experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, or Post-Merger Integration
Confident handling of balance sheets, P&L statements and relevant financial KPIs
Analysis and evaluation of business models based on financial data
Understanding of economic relationships and value-creation logics
Implementation of change processes in companies
Strong communication skills and empathy
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Structured and independent way of working
Enthusiasm for collaborative development and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Excellent German and strong English language skills
