Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage the reasonable accommodation and ADA interactive process
Manage the internship program
Actively represent Greylock in civic, community, and professional organizations
Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of benefits administration and HR reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Bilingual capability preferred
Must be able to work in a stationary position for extended periods
