Responsibilities
Take responsibility for business development and sales through close dialogue with and good understanding of our Key customer’s needs and expectations
Fill the role as Key Account Manager (KAM) for selected customers
Secure new core business and develop new opportunities based on identified customer needs and advisory services
Strengthen our standing with defined key customers by providing outstanding support and service
Enhance our team’s image as a highly professional, creative and service-minded resource for our clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge and experience from the railway industry for more than 15 years
Significant experience as Account Manager with a proven track record of success in building and developing significant profit for the organisation
Experience in gaining significant customer insight and influencing others to act on those insights and develop compelling proposals and services
Excellent at writing/speaking in both English and Korean with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
