Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5-8 years of agency or relevant marketing experience
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Proven expertise across traditional (emphasis on TV), social and digital channels
Strong functional knowledge of the social and digital media ecosystem and data
Ability to inspire confidence and growth in agency and client team members
Proven strategic thinker
Proven ability to supervise and develop team members
Self-driven to continuously educate across various disciplines
Solutions-focused with a proven ability to think on your feet
