Customer Success Intern managing customer lifecycles from onboarding to renewal at grape health partner company. Supporting Customer Success efforts and overseeing operational tasks.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will help manage customers across the full lifecycle—from onboarding, through growth, to renewal.
You will support Customer Success activities by preparing business reviews, tracking performance metrics, and running customer feedback surveys.
In addition, you will handle operational tasks such as coordinating support tickets, improving our customer success platform (Planhat), and evaluating potential new tools.
Requirements
Fluent in German, both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed university-level studies.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a "get it done" attitude to keep projects moving.
Comfortable asking questions and communicating insights clearly to drive action.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
