Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, itineraries).
Prepare and process expense reports and handle basic administrative tasks.
Support meetings by preparing materials and following up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Provide general administrative and project support as needed.
Flexibly adjust working hours when required to accommodate time zone differences.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
Experience working in a startup, fast-growing company, or hybrid environment is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling and expense tools).
Highly organized with good multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different levels and cultures.
