Responsibilities
New Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through targeted outbound efforts (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound lead follow-up.

Support Proposal Creation: Assist in developing compelling business cases and tailored proposals that highlight the value of our language learning platforms for SMB clients.
Build Foundational Relationships: Support the development of strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
Collaborate for Success: Work alongside marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in a B2B solution sales, business development, or inside sales role.
A strong desire to build a career in new business sales and a proven ability to learn quickly.
Nice communication and interpersonal skills, with the hunger to develop a true consultative sales approach.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving client challenges.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
Native Korean and professional English are required for client interactions and regional collaboration.
