Responsibilities
Holistic management and strategic development of our accounts
Establish, maintain and expand relationships with relevant stakeholders at decision-maker level – specialist departments, procurement and management
Lead and moderate kick-offs, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regular client meetings
Identify growth, cross-selling and innovation opportunities within existing accounts
Early detection of project challenges and close collaboration with Operations and internal teams
Develop and implement tailored expansion and customer success strategies
Requirements
Several years of proven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
Confident, professional presence at decision-maker level with strong presentation and consulting skills
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a keen sense for profitability, client retention and growth potential
Solid understanding of social media, platform mechanics and performance-based KPIs
Excellent communication skills, high social competence and a strong team- and service-oriented approach
Structured, independent working style with a solution-focused mindset
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Active network of marketing decision-makers in relevant industries
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
