Responsibilities

Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives.
Create both strategic and tactical project plans with measurable outcomes taking leadership and key stakeholder feedback.
Manage overall project portfolio across teams and segments.
Manage overall Call Type/Intent strategy enabling strong business outcomes and better ability to identify and route clients based on relationship and opportunity.
Requirements
3+ years Financial Center or Call Center leadership experience.
3+ years Project Management, Data Analytics, or Product Management experience.
Strong executive communication experience (written and verbal).
