HR Analyst conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding for a Brazilian organization.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job opening, profile alignment, screening, interviews, feedback and offers);
Manage high-volume recruitment, focusing on customer service, retail and operations roles;
Support hiring managers in defining profiles, attraction strategies and job posting channels;
Use recruitment platforms/ATS (Pandapé) to organize, manage and optimize selection processes;
Design and conduct competency-based interviews, group activities and technical and behavioral assessments;
Drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within attraction and selection processes;
Lead and/or support onboarding for new hires;
Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics (time-to-fill, SLAs, quality of hire, etc.);
Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when required.
Requirements
Experience with high-volume recruitment, especially for customer service, retail or operations areas
Experience with ATS platforms, such as Pandapé
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
