About the role

  • HR Analyst conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding for a Brazilian organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job opening, profile alignment, screening, interviews, feedback and offers);
  • Manage high-volume recruitment, focusing on customer service, retail and operations roles;
  • Support hiring managers in defining profiles, attraction strategies and job posting channels;
  • Use recruitment platforms/ATS (Pandapé) to organize, manage and optimize selection processes;
  • Design and conduct competency-based interviews, group activities and technical and behavioral assessments;
  • Drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within attraction and selection processes;
  • Lead and/or support onboarding for new hires;
  • Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics (time-to-fill, SLAs, quality of hire, etc.);
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when required.

Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume recruitment, especially for customer service, retail or operations areas
  • Experience with ATS platforms, such as Pandapé
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
