Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function.
Directly handle critical and senior roles, including B2B Sales in IT Services.
Manage end-to-end hiring for critical, senior, niche, and urgent roles.
Evaluate Sales candidates on various capabilities related to IT services.
Manage candidate experience and oversee offer strategy and negotiation.
Lead, coach, and develop the TA team.
Provide insights on talent supply, salary benchmarks, and competition.
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Deliver regular hiring reports to HR Director and APAC TA Manager.
Requirements
Must-have 5–7 years of TA experience, including 2–3 years in leadership.
Strong experience hiring senior/technical roles in IT.
Effective stakeholder management and understanding of local talent markets.
Strong English communication skills.
Proven experience recruiting B2B Sales roles for IT Services and Application Services.
