About the role

  • Inside Sales Client Manager at NTT DATA managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Expanding skills in IT solutions while connecting people and technology for a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • You act as the link between customers and sales, technical experts, and our internal interfaces, ensuring a positive customer buying experience.
  • You enjoy expanding, maintaining and managing customer relationships, including account management and new customer acquisition via phone, email, video conferences, etc.
  • Your main goal is to manage and increase revenue and to drive expansion across all solution areas for the assigned customers.
  • You use NTT sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and methodologies to effectively manage customers, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in IT sales and customer support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales management combined with a good understanding of the business, procurement and technology market is desirable but not required.
  • Analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Passionate, proactive and self-driven with a strong will to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written.
