Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
You act as the link between customers and sales, technical experts, and our internal interfaces, ensuring a positive customer buying experience.
You enjoy expanding, maintaining and managing customer relationships, including account management and new customer acquisition via phone, email, video conferences, etc.
Your main goal is to manage and increase revenue and to drive expansion across all solution areas for the assigned customers.
You use NTT sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and methodologies to effectively manage customers, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in IT sales and customer support is a plus.
Knowledge of sales management combined with a good understanding of the business, procurement and technology market is desirable but not required.
Analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
Passionate, proactive and self-driven with a strong will to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written.
