Responsibilities
Manage and develop an assigned client portfolio, ensuring continuity, quality of service, and sustainable revenue growth within a high-volume sales context.
Execute predominantly outbound sales activities, working within clearly defined team boundaries and campaign priorities, while effectively handling selected inbound opportunities.
Conduct telephone-based sales activities with a strong focus on consultative upselling, alongside engagement with qualified prospects generated through internal lead sources.
Operate within commercial campaigns, aligning daily activities with shared objectives and maintaining a balance between quantitative targets and qualitative client relationships.
Present and position editorial content and technology-enabled training solutions, adapting the commercial approach to the specific needs.

Requirements
Solid experience in Inside Sales/Customer Service roles within the editorial, training, or professional services sector, preferably serving accountants or regulated professionals.
Senior-level communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales conversations and handle structured, high-intensity sales activity.
Proven ability to work within a team-based sales organization, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and alignment with shared goals.
Strong familiarity with performance-driven environments, including KPI monitoring and campaign-based sales execution.
