Responsibilities
Individual customer consulting for a defined B2B customer portfolio via email and phone to maintain long-term relationships
Conduct needs analyses and independently determine customer requirements, accompanied by product-related advice
Identify cross- and upselling opportunities during customer interactions
Independently prepare quotes, including follow-up and documentation to ensure a unique customer experience
Independently analyze sales figures and derive measures to increase revenue
Requirements
Completed vocational training with initial professional experience
Experience in multi-channel sales desirable; affinity for eCommerce is an advantage
Confident presence, strong written communication skills and customer orientation
Structured and independent working style with the ability to understand technical products
Team player with the willingness to take the lead within projects when required
