About the role

  • Manage a defined B2B customer portfolio via email and phone, providing needs-based product advice and preparing quotes. Proactively identify cross- and upsell opportunities and analyze sales figures to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Individual customer consulting for a defined B2B customer portfolio via email and phone to maintain long-term relationships
  • Conduct needs analyses and independently determine customer requirements, accompanied by product-related advice
  • Identify cross- and upselling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Independently prepare quotes, including follow-up and documentation to ensure a unique customer experience
  • Independently analyze sales figures and derive measures to increase revenue

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training with initial professional experience
  • Experience in multi-channel sales desirable; affinity for eCommerce is an advantage
  • Confident presence, strong written communication skills and customer orientation
  • Structured and independent working style with the ability to understand technical products
  • Team player with the willingness to take the lead within projects when required
