About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for managing B2B clients in sustainable promotional items for VANILLA & PEPPER Marketing GmbH. Engaging in project oversight and client communication to foster relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage B2B clients for sustainable promotional products
  • Prepare quotes and perform pricing calculations
  • Handle order processing with suppliers
  • Continuously monitor project progress with clients
  • Create quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Coordinate projects with the creative and sales teams
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to acquire new clients

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales or comparable roles
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Interest in sustainable and creative promotional products / branded merchandise
  • Team-player mentality and the ability to work independently
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
