Independently manage B2B clients for sustainable promotional products
Prepare quotes and perform pricing calculations
Handle order processing with suppliers
Continuously monitor project progress with clients
Create quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
Maintain and develop customer relationships
Coordinate projects with the creative and sales teams
Attend trade shows and networking events to acquire new clients
Requirements
Experience in inside sales or comparable roles
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Interest in sustainable and creative promotional products / branded merchandise
Team-player mentality and the ability to work independently
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
