About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist providing support to EMEA marketing and sales operations. Qualifying leads and nurturing sales prospects in a multicultural team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify all incoming leads and distribute them according to established rules and guidelines to the designated Account Manager within the territory.
  • Become an expert in Salesforce and other tools that may be used to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Embrace new sales strategies and techniques when instructed.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to nurture across the primary areas of particle characterization: laser diffraction, dynamic light scattering, image analysis, microcalorimetry, XRF, XRD, NIR, and contract analysis services.
  • Perform within established standards and metrics for the Inside Sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, listening, and questioning skills, with a solid understanding of our products and their applications in industrial and academic environments.
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
  • Two to four years of related sales/applications experience and/or training.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French.
