About the role
- Senior Manager Audit at GKK PARTNERS overseeing audits for various national and international clients. Involvement in special audits and consultancy projects, emphasizing quality assurance and communication.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for group and annual statutory audits for our national and international clients across a wide range of industries and company sizes
- In addition, you will participate in special audits, prepare technical opinions on accounting and valuation issues, and take on complex expert and advisory tasks
- You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of your team’s deliverables and for client communication
- Supporting consulting projects, e.g. in the areas of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and internal audit, completes your scope of responsibilities
Requirements
- You have successfully passed the Wirtschaftsprüfer exam or are close to completing it and have already gained several years of relevant experience in statutory audit
- You possess strong knowledge of national accounting and auditing standards and are motivated to engage with new topics such as sustainability reporting or similar
- You have a good understanding of the requirements and needs of our mid-market clients and a strong service orientation
- You are a team player and enjoy mentoring and professionally developing junior team members
- Ideally, you already have experience working with Caseware
- Excellent analytical and communication skills — in German and English — complete your profile
