Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our customers by phone.
You play a key role at our customer interface and inspire customers with our concept and service.
You guide customers over the phone through our digital process, answer open questions and identify gaps in their current coverage.
You schedule consultation appointments for our advisors.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training.
You are a strong communicator and enjoy every conversation where you can help our customers secure the best possible coverage.
You enjoy working with innovative digital sales structures and want to help us rethink insurance distribution.
You speak fluent German and English.
