Responsibilities
Lead all commercial forecasting initiatives for the Medical Aesthetics business unit
Develop accurate and timely projections of commercial product volumes for all business planning and reporting processes
Drive commercial forecasting and support the company in understanding target audience, competition, and overall market conditions
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build effective plans and execute on key deliverables
Track forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvements in forecast models and processes
Identify trends and opportunities within datasets to drive informed decision-making
Clearly articulate and frame the narrative and key messaging of monthly results compared to forecast
5 or more years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company, with 5+ years in analytic or consulting roles
Forecasting experience required, leading launch forecasting initiatives.
Solid understanding of Gross-to-Net and Managed Market contracting with the ability to work closely with Market Access team to understand impacts and connection points with demand forecasting.
Experience with advanced spreadsheets, patient based forecast modeling including dynamic patient models.
Hands on experience working with patient-level data as well as syndicated data offerings; specifically, Specialty Pharmacy SPDI, IQVIA LAAD, XPO, XPD, NPA, NSP (or similar offerings).
Experience extracting data from commercial data warehouse and working with BI tools to communicate data insights in impactful and visual ways across multiple levels of the organization.
Proficient in a variety of data management and analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Nice to have SQL coding experience.

Proven experience communicating complex analyses in a simple and clear manner.
