Responsibilities
Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects
Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact
Design, implement, and maintain playbooks that define 'how work gets done' across delivery teams
Create dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery performance and transformation outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities
Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
15+ years of experience in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors
Proven expertise in SDLC methodologies and process improvement frameworks
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in developing playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
