About the role

Responsibilities
- define the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, tools, and integrations that power personalized marketing, customer lifecycle automation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, real-time decisioning, and measurement
- own the end-to-end MarTech stack and enable Marketing, Growth, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver targeted, timely, and impactful customer experiences at scale
- define the product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years in years developing successful digital products, including 3+ years managing Product Managers
- Experience designing, launching and optimizing large scale and complex Martech ecosystems, CRM platforms, CDPs, ESPs, and customer data infrastructure
- Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, while also training direct reports on best practices
- Ability to write descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
- Proven ownership of customer lifecycle, segmentation, or personalization products
- Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities
- Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira
- Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development
- Executive level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience.
- Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms
- Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks)
