Responsibilities
Creates and implements change strategies and plans that align with organizational and program objectives, addressing the anticipated impacts on stakeholders and devising strategic initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
Crafts and implements communications frameworks and plans to engage employees at all levels.
Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support across all levels of the R&D organization.
Develop and implement metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of change programs.
Identify the significant changes resulting from R&D strategic imperatives to drive implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or communications, with a focus on operating model, culture and technology transformations required.
Experience in leading teams and external partners required.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization required.
Experience working inside a pharma R&D organization preferred.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
