About the role

  • Change Readiness Director leading organizational change for Innovative Medicine R&D at Johnson & Johnson. Pivotal role in driving performance and efficiency through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and implements change strategies and plans that align with organizational and program objectives, addressing the anticipated impacts on stakeholders and devising strategic initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Crafts and implements communications frameworks and plans to engage employees at all levels.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support across all levels of the R&D organization.
  • Develop and implement metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of change programs.
  • Identify the significant changes resulting from R&D strategic imperatives to drive implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or communications, with a focus on operating model, culture and technology transformations required.
  • Experience in leading teams and external partners required.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization required.
  • Experience working inside a pharma R&D organization preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
