Responsibilities
Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage talent from relevant industries and competitors
Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit
Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences
Negotiate offers and close talent in competitive markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines
Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy focus on skilled trade positions, including meter engineers, solar and EV electricians and more
Proven track record in delivering across high volume, high pace environments
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices
