Responsibilities
Responsibility for managing and strategically developing an established key account portfolio with a focus on Deutsche Bahn
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Identifying and developing new market and business opportunities
Planning and conducting customer visits and presentations
Preparing proposals and structuring the proposal process
Close collaboration with Marketing, Project Management, and internal specialist departments
Preparing monthly forecasts with a focus on order intake and revenue
Representing the company at trade fairs
Regular CRM maintenance in accordance with company policies
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in business administration, sales, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the rail or public transport (ÖPNV) sector
Strong sensitivity to customer needs and confident presence at decision-maker level
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
