Responsibilities
Responsible for driving growth in the DACH region
Take ownership of and advance the existing pipeline and ongoing opportunities through to closing
Develop new business opportunities with insurers and partners
Manage and expand customer and partner relationships
Work closely with internal teams on deal strategy, positioning and execution
Participate in client meetings, workshops and solution discussions
Adapt the value proposition to local market requirements
Contribute to market analysis, competitive monitoring and partnership development
Gradually assume responsibility for accounts, pipeline and revenue
Requirements
Approximately 3–8 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS or pre-sales with a commercial focus
Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
Background at insurance software vendors, InsurTechs or comparable SaaS companies is particularly relevant
Ability to both advance existing opportunities and generate new ones
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote setup
Fluent German and English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 2–4 trips per month)
