- Coordinate and support Fujifilm Dimatix Sales and Marketing activities
- Support China and some Asia based OEM accounts with pricing, orders, shipments, payments, forecasts, etc
- Liaison with the Dimatix Customer Service department
- Support trade shows, advertising, promotions, etc. for the China market
- Assist with Trade Show set up and communication and Forum Field Support
- Assist with Advertising and Promotion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in related industry or international trade
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service mentality
- High School Diploma or GED/Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in English
- Detail oriented
- Good oral and written communications.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Must have ability to project a positive and customer-responsive image.
- Knowledge of MS Office with proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
