Responsibilities
Advising on the implementation of efficient workflows using the Kraftwerk software
Optionally conducting training sessions, webinars, workshops or on-site trainings

Providing customer service and support for software-related questions (phone, email, remote support) and handling application errors and technical problems
Requirements
Basic technical understanding and service orientation
Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work
Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Navision)
Ideally experience in support, consulting, or data management
Completed vocational training or a degree in accounting, financial accounting, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
