Responsibilities

• You assume operational responsibility for the successful staffing of our IT projects and ensure the timely and successful onboarding of our consultants.
• You actively support our consultants in projects and work closely with our clients to ensure an optimal project outcome for both parties.
• You are responsible for the ongoing management and expansion of our client relationships by ensuring project teams are optimally integrated into our nationwide customer projects.
• You monitor market trends and analyze the competitive landscape to adapt our delivery strategies and optimize the positioning of our IT consulting services with existing and new clients.
• You identify new business opportunities within existing projects and translate them into concrete delivery tasks that drive FourEnergy's growth.
• You plan and manage targeted project strategies, particularly for our services in the Java ecosystem and IT-adjacent business roles, to ensure smooth delivery.
• You support your team in project acquisition and winning new contracts, especially in software development and IT consulting, ensuring these projects are executed efficiently.
