Responsibilities
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the Online team, you act as the central interface between clients, technology teams and internal departments.
You are responsible for planning, coordinating and successfully delivering our projects — from initial development to on-site implementation at the world’s largest congresses.
End-to-end project responsibility: plan, manage and implement digital platform and SaaS projects from engagement through to successful go-live in virtual and hybrid formats.
AI integration & product strategy: leverage your understanding of modern AI technologies to advise clients and to meaningfully deploy AI-powered features in our projects.
Client consulting & support: proactively assist our clients, establish project structures and manage expectations and objectives.
Stakeholder & team coordination: act as the link between development, UX/design, support, sales and external partners — communication and alignment are key.
Quality assurance & controlling: ensure result quality, oversee budget and schedule control and manage risks.
Optimization & reporting: continuously improve processes, workflows and project standards through reports, lessons learned and KPI tracking.
Tool management: use modern project and collaboration tools to enable efficient management and transparency.
Requirements
Experience in digital project management — ideally in the context of SaaS platforms, online products or complex web services
Confident use of digital tools for planning, documentation and communication
Understanding of agile methodologies and structured, results-oriented project leadership
Excellent communication skills and professional presence in German (C2) and English (C1)
Strong self-organization and a structured working style, even during dynamic project phases
Strong result orientation, sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and international client support
Willingness to travel up to 20% within Germany and Europe.
