Property Manager overseeing commercial leasing activities in Germany. Managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring successful rental agreements in a family office environment.
Responsibilities
Independent leasing of our nationwide portfolio, consisting primarily of commercial properties
Communication with various brokers, prospective tenants and other real estate service providers
Coordination and organization of all necessary steps to ensure the smooth completion of leasing transactions, from preparing offers to signing the lease agreement
Preparation of amendments, lease extensions (prolongations), etc.
Maintaining and expanding our network of potential tenants and brokerage partners
Development of location-specific leasing strategies and leasing concepts
Management of leasing processes with responsibility for results
Conducting property viewings and advising prospective tenants
Preparation of compelling property listings/exposés and regular reporting
Commercial management of tenant fit-out requests including investment and rent calculations (interface to Property & Facility Management)
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a Real Estate Clerk/Agent (Immobilienkaufmann) (m/f/d), or a completed degree / comparable professional qualification
Several years of experience in leasing management for residential and commercial properties, with solid knowledge of tenancy and contract law
Passion for sales and strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer- and service-orientation
Experienced sales professional with advisory competence and empathy for a diverse clientele
Independent, flexible and structured way of working, with enthusiasm and assertiveness
Experience with administrative/property management software, particularly master data and contract management (knowledge of iX-Haus desirable)
Very good MS Office skills & driving license class B
