About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure proper management of the company's Projects, Construction and Maintenance areas for stores
- Manage project execution and the supplier network, ensuring agreed delivery dates
- Develop renovation and expansion projects, as well as new seating layouts
- Responsible for preparing and managing the architecture/maintenance CAPEX budget
- Develop executive design projects for new stores
- Manage the maintenance team
- Manage the Architecture department budget
- Coordinate and oversee the Architecture team
- Manage contracts with recurring maintenance suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Specialization or postgraduate degree in Interior Design is desirable
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial projects, retail and facilities
- English – Advanced
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with rendering is desirable
