About the role

  • Facility Manager ensuring operational efficiency for BlueBrixx stores across Nord-/Ostdeutschland. Overseeing maintenance and collaborating with external partners for effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth technical operation of our stores in your region
  • Planning and management of maintenance, renovation and optimization measures
  • Coordination and supervision of external service providers, including quality control
  • Ensuring the functionality of all building systems (electricity, water, etc.)
  • Support with store openings, renovations and relocations
  • Hands-on support for minor technical tasks on site
  • You are the interface between technical teams, operations and external partners — ensuring everything works

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial training in facility/building services or a related field
  • High willingness to travel within your region (approx. 70–85%)
  • Independent, structured working style and a genuine 'can‑do' mindset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Driving license Class B (C1 an advantage)
  • Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach
  • German language skills at least C1 and English at least B1
