Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
Develop and implement effective direct marketing campaigns
Expand and continuously optimize the subscription sales funnel
Analyze KPIs and derive and implement concrete growth strategies
Plan and control budgets and forecasts
Monitor market and competitors
Lead and develop sales teams
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service
Requirements
Proven experience in (digital) sales within the media and subscription sector
Strong analytical skills combined with a spirit of innovation and creativity
Experience implementing or using CRM solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Cooperative and appreciative leadership style
German language skills at native level (target region: DACH)
