Responsibilities
Develop and implement the business development strategy with a focus on digital subscriptions, product development and marketing
Identify new markets, business areas and partnerships
Develop and scale new digital products, services and business models
Prepare business cases, market and competitive analyses
Manage strategic projects and pilot initiatives, including market launches and further development
KPI-driven performance management and reporting to executive management
Scale successful business models into new markets
Requirements
Proven practical experience in designing, launching and using digital learning and collaboration platforms
Degree in education, educational science, media studies, communication studies or a related field
Several years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Development, ideally with international exposure
Demonstrable success in developing, scaling and operating business models, products or services
Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing an independent business unit
Excellent analytical and strategic skills combined with a strong bias for execution
Solid experience with direct revenue responsibility and a proven track record of revenue growth
Marketing expertise, ideally in brand marketing across B2B and B2C contexts
Very good knowledge of AI tools and business-fluent German and English
