Responsibilities
Define and execute the commercial strategy for Foods Connected’s product specialisms within the EMEA region.
Develop frameworks for account growth, renewal optimization, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities tailored to regional market dynamics.
Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track account health, adoption rates, and revenue performance across EMEA.
Oversee strategic account planning and ensure strong relationships with senior stakeholders in key EMEA customer accounts.
Drive adoption of additional Foods Connected products by identifying regional customer needs and aligning solutions.
Introduce scalable methodologies for account management, including regional playbooks and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in account management, commercial strategy, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through renewals and upsell strategies in EMEA markets.
Strong leadership experience managing multi-country teams and complex enterprise accounts.
Desirable: Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models, account planning, and customer lifecycle management.
Experience with CRM systems and data analytics for account health monitoring.
Strong financial acumen and ability to develop pricing and growth strategies.
