- Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians and contractors for all operational needs (occupational health & safety, vehicles, tools, parts, administrative support).
- Coordinate purchase requests and ensure the availability of resources required for field interventions.
- Monitor contractors: contracts, work orders, invoicing and renewals.
- Manage and track regional parts inventories to support field operations.
- Structure and prioritize operational needs to enable quick and effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain administrative tracking of vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure compliance and availability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
Requirements
- 🎓 Education & experience
- Experience in operational field support and/or administrative management of technicians and contractors.
- Strong computer skills: Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), operational management systems and invoicing tools.
- Basic knowledge of electricity (an asset).
- Bilingual (French and English) required, both spoken and written.
