About the role
- Operations Administrator coordinating operational tasks for Branch Network at Piraeus Bank. Facilitating communication and ensuring seamless execution of activities across teams.
Responsibilities
- Supports operational tasks arising from the activities of the Network and the corresponding Business Units, within the framework of their operational and uniform management.
- Records and processes transactions in the appropriate banking systems and applications, promptly and effectively, following the relevant procedures and policies.
- Performs predefined tasks to support the framework for the implementation of the data governance model.
- Provides high-quality services to internal and external clients, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- MSc in related field will be considered an asset
- Up to 7 years’ experience in customer-oriented positions with exposure to sales activities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and results-driven mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
