Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential target companies.
Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Engage engineering and simulation stakeholders to schedule discovery meetings.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria.
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline hygiene.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event follow-ups.
Track and report KPIs including meetings booked, conversions, and opportunity creation.
Support AEs with research, prep materials, and account insights.
Requirements
2–4 years of BDR, SDR, or inside sales experience.
Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and outreach skills.
Highly data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
Growth mindset with ambition to progress into AE roles.
