Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
