Commercial Account Executive responsible for generating sales of cloud contact center software. Collaborating with prospects, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales quotas in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly quota
Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process
Articulate company value proposition
Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales - preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference
Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone
Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Industry experience is a huge plus, but not required
Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
College degree (BA/BS) is required.
