Responsibilities
Conduct sophisticated financial analysis and planning across key organizational areas
Serve as a liaison between Enterprise Finance and Business Unit Finance teams
Recommend innovative financial modeling techniques and forecasting methods
Advise senior management of financial planning complications and provide recommendations
Review for accuracy of financial reports and analyses
Partner with FP&A Business Functional teams to create enterprise financial reports
Coordinate the preparation of pertinent information for internal and external clients
Benchmark financial metrics against industry standards for improvement
Create and maintain financial dashboards and variance narratives
Manage business case review and approval process
Coach and train junior colleagues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
MBA or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred
Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related field
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a senior FP&A role with budget/forecast responsibility
Experience collaborating with multiple business units and finance teams
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques
Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formula, data analysis, and financial modeling
Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Adaptive, Workday, Power BI) preferred
