About the role
- Support the Global Financial Controls team in administrative tasks and financial analysis. Collaborate globally while developing Excel and other software skills in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Financial Controls team with administrative and support activities;
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial information;
- Extract and prepare reports from various systems;
- Use tools such as Excel, Word, and other internal software;
- Support the team in implementing and adopting new systems and technologies;
- Collaborate with global teams, participating in meetings in English when required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- Advanced English (able to communicate in meetings with the global team);
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail;
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and tools.
